Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All items are subject to a handling period before shipping. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days of payment.

Delivery delay : Delivery typically takes 2-3 days after an item has been shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will be informed whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

The refund will be made to the payment method you used during your purchase.

Your refund will be made within 7 days after receipt of the item.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Trades

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@sabrelaser-france.fr

Shipping

To return a product, you can return it to us by post. Please contact us by email to find out the procedure.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $50, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
