Our brand specializing in the sale of lightsabers is looking for a Customer Manager M/F.

In an effort to provide a fully personalized service to each consumer, your missions will be:

• Answer customers’ multi-channel questions following their purchases
• Report incidents to the departments concerned (requiring writing in English)

Your profile :

• You have successful experience in customer relations
• You are comfortable with the technique
• You are dynamic, smiling, and with developed interpersonal skills

Contract: 35 hours, Temporary work of min. 3 months
Remuneration: fixed + bonus

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Possibility of teleworking due to the health crisis.
Immediate start.
